GTA-SanAndreas.com's best friend has returned to his old bandwagon again, by sending a darkly
sarcastic letter of complaint to the ESA (Entertainment Software Association). The letter called for the sacking of Doug Lowenstein,
the ESA president and founder of the world's biggest videogames expo, E3. His chances were of course boosted by the wave of controversy over the Hot Coffee Mod.
He used his trademark buzz-phrases,
suggesting that children "train" on videogames to become "more efficient killers". He also quoted the names of the previous
2 GTA's main characters, Tommy Vercetti and Carl Johnson, for no apparent reason if not to drag GTA further into the controversy.
The entire letter can be found here, courtesy of IGN.

Thanks to GTA-SanAn, and sorry it took so long to get the news on the front page.
'Hot Coffee' PS2 ARMAX Codes
|
We do not support this content.
I've been receiving a lot of Questions emails lately from various people stuck at certain parts
of the game. No matter how many times I reply to them, or post on the forums, I'm still getting the same things over and over,
so I decided to make a front page post with the answers to the main questions that have everyone wondering. After this post,
I will NOT reply to a single question related to any of the subjects mentioned. If you can't search the forums for your answer,
why should I waste my time replying to the same thing 5 times a day? Anyway...
I Can't Buy Wang Cars! In
order to be able to purchase Wang Cars, you will need to have completed the Driving School with at least Bronze and passed
the mission "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" for the Triads. You will then receive a phone call from Jethro about a garage which has come
up for sale. Upon buying the garage you will unlock a few missions for Cesar Vialpando, and after they have been completed
you will unlock the Import/Export Crane at the docks, as well as the Wheel Arch Angels street racer mod shop.
Madd
Dogg Keeps Killing Himself! We told you once. We told you twice. Hell, we told you about fifty times. DO NOT SAVE AFTER
CHEATING. Unfortunately it seems too many people don't know how to play the game properly and as a result, their game is PERMANENTLY
glitched. If you saved after using any of the cheats which effect Pedestrians Behaviour they are permanently saved into the
games memory and there is NO fix, apart from having to play the game through again without cheating. It's possible that a
memory hack will be made which allows you to cancel out the effects, but frankly it's your own fault. We told you, and Rockstar
even tell you in game, DO NOT CHEAT AND SAVE.
I Found A Hidden Mission Which Isn't On The Site! The "Beat
The Cock!" challenges are not on the site because they are not required for 100%. There are two of them, one is next to the
light house on Santa Maria Beach, one is on the beach at Fisher's Lagoon. They are only available on Saturdays and Sundays
in game and require you to have very good stamina. For a better chance of winning them, complete the Burglary Missions (which
are also not required for 100%) and you will be awarded with Infinite Sprint, so you'll never get tired no matter how much
you mash the sprint button.
When Can I Get In Didier Sachs, Victim And Zip? Zip is opened after completing
the mission "Are You Going To San Fierro?". Victim is opened after Woozies Casino Missions are unlocked (Start of the Airfield
Missions). Didier Sachs is open after completing "A Home In The Hills". Thanks to Perspicacious for the info.
What
Do I Need To Do For Successful Girlfriend Dates? Denise - Take her to the bar just around from her house. Helena
- Take her to the restaurant in Rodeo. Katie - Take her to the diner just down from her house. Michelle - Take her to
the restaurant in Queens. Barbara - Take her to the diner in Tierra Robada. Millie - Turn up to her house wearing the
Gimp Suit, or take her to the Craw Bar towards the centre of Las Venturas.
Also be aware that having collected all
50 Oysters, your girlfriends will never leave you, so they will pretty much be there whenever you turn up. If you're having
problems catching the girls at home, get all of the oysters and try again.
Where Can I Find The Andromada / SWAT
Tank? Both of these vehicles are only in the game on one mission each. You'll see the Andromada in the mission Stowaway
for the airfield (and you'll also partially see it in "A Home In The Hills", thanks to Tootsie_roll). It's the large
plane that you have to drive into the back of before it takes off. The SWAT Tank is seen a few times in the last mission of
the game; End Of The Line. Neither of these vehicles appear anywhere else in game apart from on those missions, however there
are cheats and/or mods to enable you to spawn these vehicles wherever you want.
How Can I Lose Muscle? The
only way you can lose muscle is by not eating for a few game days. After all of your fat has gone, you will start to lose
muscle too. This is a long process and will take you a good 5-10 hours of real time, or more before you lose it all.
What
Happens If I Take Over All Of The Gang Territories? Once you own 100% of the gang territories, you will never have
another gang war in game again (providing you have no more missions left which automatically create enemy gang territories).
This is good because it stops you being constantly annoyed by the "Your Territory Is Under Attack" messages, but can take
away some of the fun after you've finished the game. Note that taking over gang territories is not required for 100% completion
of the game. Everything that is required is noted on the 100% Checklist.
If you have any other questions which I may have missed, email me and let me know and I'll try to update this news
post. I won't be answering any questions about PC version problems yet because they can be caused by a number of different
factors. I suggest people look in the PC Version forums for answers to any problems you may be having. I'll also mention again
that if people email me any of the questions above, their email will be instantly deleted. Hopefully that will help the people
in need of it. | |

Thanks to James Ogden for this article.
Slashdot have posted a small article about
how the hidden sex mini-game in San Andreas has caused a few problems for ESRB and linked to a few articles of politicians
complaining about the game again. Not much else going on, so I might as well link it if you'd like a read. SlashDot Article.
Bust That Crazy Sh*t Contest

Rockstar Games are holding a contest to see who can record the most insane, interesting, funny or weird replay in
each of the three cities in San Andreas. There are three categories which can be entered, one from each city, and the winner
from each category will win a powerful Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT video card, a bountiful prize pack of limited-edition San Andreas
goods, and a custom-made, gold-dipped, West Coast style car-plate winners' trophy etched with your name - a true San Andreas
collectors' item.
As usual, the competition is only available to residents of the USA, so the hundreds of thousands
of players from anywhere else in the world need not apply, however this contest seems pretty interesting so I decided to post
about it for once.
Click on the banner at the top of this post to visit the Rockstar Games PC Contest web page and
read the rules before playing San Andreas trying to record the greatest replay ever. Good luck everyone.
Instructions Begin
playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. To view a replay of the last thirty seconds of gameplay, press the F1 key on your keyboard.
To save your replay, press F2. Press F3 to view the replay you have just saved.
Replay files are saved in the folder
"My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files" by default. Locate the file named "replay.rep". Keep in mind that you can only save
one replay at a time in-game - to save multiple replays, manually rename the file so it is not overwritten by the game. If
you do rename your replay files, remember to not change the file extension (.rep).
Next-Gen GTA Screenshot Leaked?

Huge thanks to Eddie for letting me know about this. MSN Gamesradar have posted a small article about a supposedly leaked screenshot of the next-gen GTA game, most likely for the PS3. It first
appeared on a French website "Jeux-France". They have claimed that the game will be six times larger than San Andreas,
with 350 different cars, and would see players having to administrate fuel levels in the cars they drive, amongst other
random facts. It's completely unknown how they came across this information, but it's almost certainly a speculative article.
I'm not going to class it as 'fake' because it could well turn out to hold some truth, however it's extremely unlikely that
this kind of information could be released while Rockstar Games are so early into production of the new game. Rockstar themselves
had nothing to say on the topic, but that's nothing new anyway.
Update
Rockstar have contacted MSN Gamesradar
and explained that the screenshot shown below is NOT from any GTA game currently in development. That's what we expected
anyway, however it doesn't take away from the fact that this should be something similar to what the next Grand Theft Auto
will look like. Thanks to Tick for the update news.
The screenshot below shows at least some idea of what we
should be expecting from the next Grand Theft Auto, even though it's not actually from the game.

My 1st mod for PC even though I don't own the PC version at all! It's 5 NEW shirt textures to
replace the slightly boring t-shirts. The shirts can be found in SubUrban and Binco stores. Basically a lameass promotion
for my awesomeous graphic skills and logo satire. Yeah...

A guide has also been put on our forums explaining how you can make your own clothes in GTA

Loading Screens Pack

I've just finished working on another small modification for the PC version of GTA San Andreas;
a Loading Screens Pack. It replaces all 15 of the default loading screens with photos of various areas across the state of
San Andreas. There's nothing wrong with the current loading screens, but I think these ones brighten it up somewhat, and it's
a bit more interesting waiting to see which area you get when loading your game.
